Quickstart
From signup to your first real call in under 12 minutes.
This guide takes you from a blank account to a live phone assistant answering real calls. Tested over 300 times — average completion is 11 minutes 40 seconds.
1. Create your account (≈ 2 minutes)
Sign up at app.callina.ai/register. Email-only — no sales call, no demo gate. Stripe payment, monthly cancellation.
2. Pick an industry & voice (≈ 4 minutes)
Choose one of ten vertical templates (or "Generic"). Each comes with a baseline prompt, vocabulary list and routing logic.
Pick a voice from the library or clone your own (a 7-minute consent recording is required).
3. Connect your stack (≈ 4 minutes)
Wire up the systems Anna needs to be useful:
- Calendar: Google Workspace, Outlook 365, Apple Calendar, Cal.com, Calendly
- CRM/PMS: HubSpot, Pipedrive, tomedo, medatixx, RA-MICRO, DATEV, BMD
- Helpdesk: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot Service Hub
- Custom: any system with a webhook (see Webhooks)
4. Activate a phone number (≈ 2 minutes)
- EU/global Callina number — one click, available in DACH, FR, IT, ES, NL, UK and US.
- Bring your existing number via SIP trunk.
