Voice library
Callina ships with 25+ voices across 7 languages: DE-AT, DE-DE, EN-GB, EN-US, FR, IT, ES, NL, TR, BCS. Each voice ships with three character presets: warm, professional, energetic.
Opening message (Startnachricht)
Best practice: keep it short, name the business, name yourself, end with a clear question.
Good: "Practice Dr. Smith, Anna speaking. How can I help you?"
Bad: "Welcome to the artificial intelligence assistant of the practice of doctor Mr. Smith. Please state the nature of your call after the tone."Auto-detect
In multilingual setups (e.g. Swiss/Austrian hotels, DACH manufacturing), Anna detects the caller's language in the first two sentences and switches automatically. Override per call from the dashboard during the conversation if needed.
Voice cloning
Available from the Team tier upwards. Required: a 7-minute audio sample of the person whose voice you want to clone, and their signed GDPR consent (template in the dashboard). Turnaround: under 24 hours.
