Bring your own number (vanity / imported)
Import an existing phone number to Callina — full porting or temporary call-forwarding.
You don't have to give up your existing phone number to use Callina. Two paths:
Path 1 — Port the number to Callina (permanent)
- Settings → Phone numbers → Import → Port a number.
- Submit the proof-of-ownership documents (last invoice from your current provider).
- We coordinate with your provider; typical turnaround is 5–10 business days for AT/DE/CH, longer for other countries.
- Once ported, the number behaves like any Callina-issued number — full inbound + outbound, no extra fees.
Cost: one-time porting fee (€20 EU / €40 international) + standard per-minute usage. No monthly per-number charge.
Path 2 — Forward your existing number (instant)
If you can't or don't want to port:
- Buy a Callina number (any country).
- In your existing provider's admin panel, set call-forwarding for your number to the new Callina number.
- Done in 2 minutes. Anna answers calls forwarded to her.
Cost: standard Callina number rental + your provider's forwarding minute charges (varies by carrier).
Vanity numbers
Want a memorable number like +43 800 CALLINA or +49 800 1234 567?
- Settings → Phone numbers → Vanity search — type the pattern you want.
- Available numbers cost €15–€80 one-time (varies by country and the pattern's commercial value).
- Provisioned in 24 hours.
SIP-trunk vs imported number
If you have an existing PBX (3CX, NFON, etc.) and want to keep it, use a SIP trunk instead — your DID stays where it is, and Anna becomes a SIP destination on your existing PBX.
