Outbound campaigns

Upload a CSV, configure call windows, let Anna call hundreds of contacts on a schedule.

Outbound campaigns are the no-code version of the outbound API. Available from the Team tier upwards.

Prepare your contact list

CSV with one mandatory column (phone_number) and any number of optional context columns (name, company, appointment_time, etc.) that get passed into Anna's prompt.

Tip: Spreadsheets often strip the leading +. Prefix the cell with ' (apostrophe) to force text format: '+43660123456789.

Create the campaign

  1. Settings → Outbound campaigns → New.
  2. Choose a phone number that supports outbound (a Callina number or an imported one with outbound enabled).
  3. Pick the assistant.
  4. Define call windows (e.g. weekdays 09:00–18:00 local time of the recipient).
  5. Set the inter-call interval (default 30 seconds).
  6. Upload the CSV. Preview the parsed contacts before launching.
  7. Launch — campaign runs in the configured windows; remaining calls roll over to the next window.

Monitor

Live dashboard shows: dialled / connected / completed / failed counts, average duration, and full per-call transcripts. Drill into individual calls to see context fields and structured outcomes.
