Phone numbers

Provision a Callina phone number or import your own.

You have three ways to get a phone number connected to Anna:

Option 1 — Callina-provided number (fastest)

One click in Settings → Phone numbers → New. Available immediately in:

  • DACH: Austria (+43), Germany (+49), Switzerland (+41)
  • EU: France (+33), Italy (+39), Spain (+34), Netherlands (+31), UK (+44)
  • Global: US (+1), Canada (+1)

Mobile numbers (DE 0151–0179, AT 0660–0699) supported in DACH for outbound campaigns.

Option 2 — Import an existing number

If you already own a number with a German or Austrian provider, you can port it to Callina. Submit a port request in Settings → Phone numbers → Import. Typical turnaround: 5–10 business days.

Option 3 — SIP trunk (bring your existing PBX)

Best when you have an existing PBX (3CX, Telnyx, Twilio, NFON, Sipgate, Easybell, Fonial, etc.) and want Anna to answer specific extensions or routes. See SIP providers for per-vendor setup.
