Where is my data stored? Austria + Germany only. EU-Hosting, GDPR + EU AI Act compliant. ISO 27001 + ISO 42001 certified. Healthcare deployments are ELGA + KBV certified.
Which language does Anna speak? Auto-detect across DE-AT, DE-DE, DE-CH, EN, FR, IT, ES, TR, PL, UK, PT, NL — switches mid-call when the caller does. (Voice & language)
How does pricing work? Per-minute, no minimums, no setup fee. Pricing on the website.
Technical
Can I use my existing phone number? Yes — three options: SIP trunk, DTMF-verified import, or call forwarding. (Phone numbers)
Which calendars work? Google Workspace, Outlook 365, Apple iCloud (CalDAV), Cal.com, Calendly, plus vertical PMS systems (tomedo, medatixx, RA-MICRO, DATEV, BMD).
Can I clone a voice? Yes, ElevenLabs voice cloning with GDPR-compliant consent flow (7-min sample). (Voice & language)
Does Anna handle DTMF? Yes — both detection (caller presses digits) and send (Anna sends digits to navigate IVRs). (Webhooks)
Compliance
How long are calls retained? 30 days by default, configurable from 1 to 365 days. (Recording)
What if a caller refuses recording? Audio + transcript are auto-deleted at call end if Auto-delete on decline is enabled. (Recording)
Can I get a DPA / AVV? Yes, included by default for all paid tenants. (DPA)
Integrations
How do I send call results elsewhere? Post-call webhook (any URL, HMAC-signed), email, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams. (Post-call · Webhooks)
Can Anna call a CRM during a call? Yes — mid-call webhook. Up to 5 seconds of "checking…" filler is configurable; longer responses trigger the waiting-message and inject the result when it lands. (Webhooks)
What about RAG / knowledge base? Built-in PDF + DOCX + Markdown ingestion, plus connectors for Notion, Confluence, Google Drive. (Integrations)
