Zadarma

Zadarma offers cheap SIP trunks across 100+ countries — popular with European SMBs as a low-cost alternative to NFON or Sipgate.

Step 1 — Create a SIP trunk in Zadarma

1. Sign in to your Zadarma personal account.
2. Go to Settings → SIP and create a new internal SIP user (e.g. 300).
3. Note the username (full SIP login, e.g. 300_callina) and password.
4. Under My PBX → External Numbers, attach the DID you want Anna to answer.

Step 2 — Configure Callina

In Callina → Settings → SIP:

1. Provider: Zadarma.
2. SIP server: sip.zadarma.com
3. Username + password from step 1.
4. Codec: G.711 (PCMA) — Zadarma's default.

Step 3 — Test

Dial the DID. Anna should answer in under 3 seconds.
