Sipgate
Connect Sipgate (Basic / Team / Trunking) to Callina.
Sipgate's consumer products do not expose a static SIP trunk for third parties. The supported pattern is call forwarding from a Sipgate number to a Callina-provisioned number. Sipgate trunking plans (Trunking 8/Trunking) do support outbound SIP termination — for those, contact Callina support to configure a static trunk.
Forwarding (Basic / Team)
- In the Sipgate web UI, open the user / extension whose calls Anna should answer.
- Under Rufweiterleitung, enable forwarding to your Callina-provisioned number (set up under Callina → Settings → Phone Numbers).
- Pick Always, On busy, or No answer depending on whether you want full takeover or overflow.
Trunking plan
Open a support ticket — Sipgate provisions a static SIP trunk per request. We'll then enter the credentials in Callina → Settings → SIP → Sipgate.
Troubleshooting
