Placetel

Placetel is one of the most-deployed cloud PBX systems in Germany. Setup with Callina takes about 15 minutes if you already have admin access.

Step 1 — Create a SIP trunk in Placetel

1. In Placetel admin (my.placetel.de), go to Anschlüsse → SIP-Anschlüsse → Neuen Anschluss anlegen.
2. Type: Endgeräteanschluss (device account).
3. Note the SIP login (<id>@<tenant>.sip.placetel.de) and the auto-generated password.

Step 2 — Configure Callina

In Callina → Settings → SIP:

1. Provider: Placetel.
2. SIP server: sip.placetel.de (or the server URL shown in your account).
3. Username + password from step 1.
4. Codec: G.711 PCMA (Placetel default).

Step 3 — Route a DID to the trunk

In Placetel admin → Rufnummern → Routing, point the DID you want Anna to answer at the new SIP login.
