phonestar

phonestar is a German SIP provider focused on SMB and freelancer accounts.

Step 1 — Provision the trunk

1. Sign in to phonestar's customer portal.
2. Under SIP-Konto, create a new SIP user.
3. Copy username, password and SIP registrar (e.g. sip.phonestar.de).

Step 2 — Configure Callina

In Callina → Settings → SIP:

1. Provider: phonestar.
2. SIP server: from step 1.
3. Username + password.
4. Codec: G.711 PCMA preferred. Opus negotiation also works.

Step 3 — Forward your DID

In phonestar, set the DID's Anrufweiterleitung to the new SIP user. Test by dialing the DID.
