peoplefone
Connect a peoplefone SIP trunk (Switzerland, Austria, Germany) to Callina.
peoplefone is a Swiss-based SIP trunk provider widely used in DACH SMB and Hospitality. Setup with Callina takes about 10 minutes.
Step 1 — Order a SIP trunk in peoplefone
- In the peoplefone customer portal, order a SIP-Trunk Business (or higher).
- Note the trunk credentials sent by email (SIP user, password, registrar URL).
- Optional: order a DID block if you don't already have numbers attached.
Step 2 — Configure Callina
In Callina → Settings → SIP:
- Provider: peoplefone.
- SIP server: typically
sip.peoplefone.{country-code}(e.g.sip.peoplefone.ch). - Username + password from the email.
- Add Callina's egress IPs to the peoplefone allowlist (visible in Settings → SIP → IP allowlist).
Step 3 — Route calls
In peoplefone's portal, route the chosen DID to your new trunk. Test by calling — Anna answers in under 3 seconds.
Troubleshooting
