NFON
Connect an NFON cloud PBX to Callina via call forwarding.
NFON's Cloudya cloud PBX does not provide a customer-configurable SIP trunk. Use call forwarding from an NFON extension to a Callina-provisioned number.
Step 1 — Callina number
Provision under Callina → Settings → Phone Numbers.
Step 2 — NFON forwarding
- In the NFON Admin Portal, open Users → Extensions → [the extension Anna handles].
- Under Call forwarding, set Always, On busy, or No answer to the Callina number.
- Save.
Step 3 — Test
Dial the NFON extension. Anna picks up.
Troubleshooting
