Fonial
Connect Fonial cloud telephony to Callina via call forwarding.
Fonial does not expose a static SIP trunk for third-party services in its standard cloud product. Use call forwarding to a Callina number.
Step 1 — Provision a Callina number
Callina → Settings → Phone Numbers → Provision EU number.
Step 2 — Forward in Fonial
- Open the Fonial admin panel.
- Pick the extension/number whose calls Anna should answer.
- Set forwarding (always / busy / no-answer) to the Callina number.
Step 3 — Test
Call the Fonial number. Anna picks up in under 3 seconds.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Fix |

| Forwarding loop | Disable Fonial's voicemail on that extension |
