Book appointments directly into your calendar — Google, Outlook, Cal.com, tomedo, medatixx and more.
Anna can book appointments straight into your calendar without intermediate forms or callback queues.

Configuration
- Go to Tools → Calendar and authorise the calendar provider.
- Define appointment types (first visit, check-up, emergency, consult) — each with a slot length and any required preparation time.
- Define resource constraints (rooms, devices, staff members, substitutions during holidays).
- Choose the confirmation channel — SMS, email, or both. ICS attachment included by default.
Reminder + reschedule outbound
Enable Outbound reminders in the appointment-booking settings. Anna calls 24 hours before each appointment ("Are you still good for tomorrow at 9:30?"). Across our healthcare pilot customers, this reduces no-show rate by an average of 43%.
